Ecurie

A bit of history: the Ecurie room was actually the stable of the Mill where the miller's donkeys and horses rested after their hard day's work. 
Located on the ground floor, with a spiral staircase, this duplex double room consists of:
  • A small living room
  • Large Italian bed (180 cm) or twin beds (2 x 90 cm)
  • A bathroom with corner bathtub
  • View of the park

Confort double duplex room

Brouquet

A bit of history: the brouquets were the wooden barrels with two handles that were used to transport the remains of the oil production to send them to Marseille. They were used to make the famous “Savon de Marseille”.

Estagon

A bit of history: the estagnons were steel buckets used to collect the oil from the first cold pressing.

Infer

A bit of history: the infer was a cellar that allowed the oil to be collected on the surface of the basins.
Located on the 1st floor, with access by stairs, this room consists of:

Tinéon

A bit of history: the tineons were bushels into which the olives were emptied in order to measure them by the molte.

Tourette

Tourrette is named as such because it is located right next to the tower, in a sort of small tower, hence “tourette”.
Located on the 2nd floor of the establishment, accessible by the spiral staircase, this small room consists of:

Tour

Tour is so called because it is located in the Moulin tower.
This is a duplex apartment that can accommodate two to four people.
Located on the 2nd floor of the establishment, accessible by the spiral staircase, this suite consists of:
  • On the ground floor: a living room and a bathroom with shower and bathtub
  • Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed or twin beds

    A sofa bed located in the living room can accommodate 2 additional people

Roustide

A bit of history: the roustide was the wooden fork used to toast bread. The mill workers ate the toasted bread with the oil they produced, so as to taste it.

Tabatière

A bit of history: the word tabatière comes from the small wooden channel through which the olives arrived in the large millstone.
Located on the 2nd floor, accessible by the spiral staircase, Tabatière is a double room with a terrace on the north side, overlooking the car park.
A stone staircase provides direct access to the latter without going through the interior of the hotel, ideal if you have pets. Tabatière is a double room with:

Rabaillot

A bit of history: rabaillot was a large fork that was used to wash the residues called pomace during the census that constituted the miller's profit.
